Toys That Tingle offers free and fast discreet shipping on orders over $40 via Australia Post Express Post Network. Alternatively, $10 standard postage is available for orders less than $40.
We also ship worldwide, please note that not all countries offer public tracking. If this is of concern to you , registered post is a more secure service. Further, it is the buyers responsibility to cover any additional customs charges and to ensure the item is able to be sent to your country. Toys That Tingle will not be able to reimburse any money for destroyed, delayed or missing parcels. We will do our best in all circumstances to raise investigations with Australia Post regarding delayed or lost items.
We dispatch 99.5% of orders placed by 3pm on the day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be scheduled for dispatch the next day. We ship from Capalaba, QLD and standard delivery times via Australia Post are as follows:
- Within QLD metro areas – up to 2 business days after dispatch
- QLD Country areas - up to 5 business days after dispatch
- Metro areas outside of QLD - 3 to 6 business days after dispatch
- Country areas outside of QLD - up to 8 days after dispatch
Standard Shipping to New Zealand is available for only $10.
We also offer local pick up/delivery options so please get in touch to discuss these options.
All of our orders include tracking when possible. Any small items which may be sent in envelopes or large letters may not include tracking.
At Toys That Tingle we post all our orders in discreet packaging with no reference to what is inside the parcel. We use plain Australia Post satchels, boxes and letters with the return to sender company name written as TTT. Our orders are packaged to ensure the product is protected and the parcel remains intact during postage. Our company name appears as TTT on bank and credit card statements.
Health and Safety - Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not accept any returns so please select your products carefully as no exchanges or refunds will be given.
In the rare scenario of a product being faulty when it arrives, please contact us within 5 days of the product arriving and we will provide further instructions to you on our faulty product return process.
If you do encounter a problem with a toy within one year from the purchase date, please let us know and we will endeavor to receive a replacement from the manufacturer. Please note that replacement toys are given in most circumstances, however this can not be guaranteed.
